This policy explains what RankNShare collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated: March 2026
When you use RankNShare we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and profile details when you create an account. We also collect the content you create — rankings, comments, likes and shares.
We automatically collect basic usage data to keep the platform running: device type, browser, IP address, and how you interact with the app (pages visited, features used, time spent). We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how people use RankNShare.
Your data serves three purposes: making the product work, making it better, and keeping it safe. Account information provides and personalises the service, usage analytics tell us what is working, and activity data lets us detect abuse and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We use trusted third-party services for hosting, analytics and authentication. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser, though some features may then not work as expected.
RankNShare is built by Brainstorm IT, based in the Netherlands. Under the GDPR you have the right to:
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for analytics.
We aim to respond to every request within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or with an in-app notice.
